Ways to help

With the help of our members and supports, we can sustain our services which include up-to-date medical information and providing the best up-to-date practical advice.  We can also contribute towards research into finding an answer to the enigma of CMT.

We need all kinds of help:

People to become members - members are our life-blood, and the whole reason that we exist.  Do think about joining us.

  If you're a member, you can access all the information we have here in the Members area

 People willing to give time – the organisation is run mainly by volunteers – we have one paid part time member of staff.  In particular, we need members to volunteer to become group leaders and local contacts.

People to speak out for us.  If you are happy to share your story for case histories, please email Karen at info@cmtuk.org.uk for more information.

We also need funds, of course, to do the work. We get nothing from state resources – it all comes from our members and supporters.   See the How to donate section for personal donating, and the Fundraising section for more detailed information on how to raise more funds.
