Membership, for new members, is free for the first year, and thereafter will be £20 for individuals and £25 for families. We are hoping that you will have enjoyed your first year's membership so much, that you'll want to stay with us!!
If you join now, you will gain access to the whole website immediately, including all the information in the Members Zone. Once we receive your membership details, we will send you a Member’s Pack, which will include our Good Care Guide, a Membership Card, which doubles as a membership card and a copy of the latest edition of ComMenT.
Alternatively, you can request an information pack by post, phone or by email, which includes a membership form, questionnaire, information about CMT United Kingdom, a copy of the latest edition of ComMenT and our publication "What is CMT". On joining, we will send you a membership card, which doubles as a medical alert card, and two further leaflets and your Good Care Guide - a folder and diary to help you interact better with your medical team.
