Grand Prize Draw

We hold a Grand Prize Draw each year in the Spring, which is always drawn at our Annual General Meeting and Conference in April. Funds raised from this Draw are split - half towards subsidising the cost of the conference, and half into a fund for future events - like the International Conference/Convention in our 25th Anniversary year, 2011.

The first prize is £300, second prize is £200 and the third prize is £100 - there will also be a variety of other prizes.

All members are automatically sent £10.00 worth of tickets unless they have specifically requested that we don't send any - of course they may decide to sell more!

Tickets are produced in house, in a pre-printed format similar to that used by the RSPB and the National Trust.  This makes the administering of the draw easier for us, and also easier for CMT fingers to cope with - no fiddly ticket stubs to complete.

If you're not a member, but would like to be sent tickets, please email us and we'll add you to our mailing list for tickets.

If you can donate a prize, please send it to the office (address can be found on the contact us link above), but do bear in mind that it does need to be "postable", since the majority of people buying tickets won't necessarily be at the AGM!

The 2010 Draw raised £4123 after expenses, a little bit up on 2009.
