CMT Kids & Big Kids

Who are CMT Kids?

Our CMT Kids (ages 11–17) and Big Kids (ages 18–30) communities are all about connection, fun, and empowerment. Whether you’re navigating school, exams, friendships, sports, or adult life with CMT, you’re never alone.

We provide a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and celebrate achievements together. Through events, online groups, challenges, and our annual activity weekends, we help young people and young adults feel supported, inspired, and connected to others who truly understand.

Whether you’re 5, 25, or somewhere in between, CMT Kids is a place where you’ll find friendship, support, and loads of fun.

Follow us on social media @CMTKidsUK for updates, inspiration, and community stories.

Big Kids (18-30s)

We meet up, share experiences, and (most importantly) have a great time together!
